Once a reservation is confirmed, the time slot is reserved exclusively for you.

Cancellations made by the day before: No charge
Same-day cancellations or no-shows:
A cancellation fee of 100% of the treatment price will apply
In cases of unavoidable circumstances such as severe weather or transportation disruptions, please contact us.
First-Time Guest Courtesy
For first-time guests only, a same-day cancellation fee may be held as a treatment credit for your next visit.
